The conference fee of 400 USD includes registration, round trip transportation Mexico City - Cocoyoc (about an hour and a half road trip), all the meals during the meeting, and a copy of the proceedings. Accompanying persons pay 1100 Mexican pesos.

Young scientists and graduate students affiliated to Mexican Universities and Research Institutes can apply for economical support to cover registration and lodging expenses. Unfortunately, due to budgetary constraints, there are no funds available to support travel, lodging, registration fee, or other local expenses of foreign participants.

Conference fee has to be paid upon arrival to the Hotel Hacienda Cocoyoc, either in cash or in traveler's checks.
